In true Buffalo Bills fashion there will be some big flashy move that the fans will love, flock to the merchandising stand and buy tickets.

Considering this team needs a Safety and a Linebacker...I'd say Eric Berry or Eric Weddle and Derrick Johnson are strong possibilities.

How? He'll send out the season ticket renewal forms and tens of thousands of people will return them with checks attached. He doesn't need to do much this year imo.

Now if they miss again next year and Ryan sticks for a third year then he'll need some sort of a gimmick, but let's not kid ourselves. Bills fans are going to renew this offseason.

his gimmick policy is the reason this team is 16 years dry. If he would have stepped aside and built a long term program instead of finding TO, and making draft day trades, this team would not be the embarrassment it is. Literally an 18 year old running this team since age 2, would have stumbled into the playoffs once or twice in his lifetime. I know there are people who are russ apologists because they buy the story that he just moves around and doesn't involve himself in the football operations. yet everytime someone is signed coach or player, guess which guy has his fake white-off smile in every photo op. that kind of failure is engrained in the organization and as long as he remains, these types of seasons are guaranteed.
