    NE: $148.61M

    Arizona with less than $129 M.
    Seattle with less than $123 M.
    Cincinnati with less than $119 M.
    Carolina with less than $130 M.

    Goes to show that it doesn't matter how much money you spend, but that you need a QB and head coach worth two craps.

    And when you do spend big do it on nailing down the franchise QB, not 2 defensive linemen for $100 M contracts.
