Even if the Bills find a way to re-sign Glenn and Incognito...they will have essentially no money remaining to sign UFA's.
That leaves the draft. We've heard numerous times this season from coaches and players how "complex" Rex's system is to learn...So even if the Bills draft an "impact" defensive player in the top 3 rounds, can we really expect him to contribute and make this team better?
Looking at the opponents next season, and knowing what we're most likely already looking at...can we just go ahead and fire Rex now?

- Mario Williams was horrendous this season, but who replaces him? Quentin Coples? Gross.
- Percy Harvin missed most of the season, but he was very good when he played. Who replaces him? Greg Salas? LOL
- Kraig Urbik isn't the greatest offensive lineman in the NFL, but he's a good veteran backup. John Miller is hurt every week, and is a borderline NFL starter. Who replaces him?
- Leodis McKelvin missed most of the year, but was able to step in and play. Who replaces him to fumble punts and kickoffs?
