    Bills sign CB Javier Arenas

    I like this move. I think he could battle for the returner job and replace Ron Brooks potentially.

    Any 2010 2nd round pick that was hanging around available in February CANNOT be any better than Ron Brooks. Likely = to Ron Brooks.

    This is the pro personnel guy doing his job. He's hoping a change of scenery sparks the player to break out. Not holding my breath.

          You never know. Last year around the same time we signed Incognito. There was big outcry in Buffalo media and here as well ...

            To be fair, Incognito had already proven what he could do. Arenas has yet to.

              They will sign 20 + guys like this for camp and hope a few can show something. Why read any more into this ??

                Brooks is gone so need camp body and the guy is a decent athlete looking at numbers so like Opi said meh.

                        I love discussing new players on the team even if it is highly unlikely they make the team.

                        As bills fans we should be well aware that our personnel department is very good at finding players that can be productive.

                        Bryant
                        Charles
                        Roby
                        Urbik
                        Rambo
                        Mario Butler
                        etc...

                        These guys are not all pros or pro bowlers but they are good players and important depth.
