Fat Tony Handicaps BFZ FFL week #2

    Dozerdogs (1-0) vs The Poutines(1-0)

    Dozerdogs

Probable Starters- QB Shane Matthews, RB - Sean Alexander , RB-Deuce McCallister, WR M. Harrison, WR R.Gardner, A Crumpler, K- J Carney, D- Bears

    Projected Points-84

    Poutines

Probable Starters: QB- Bledsoe RB-G Hearst, RB A Green, WR-C Chambers, WR- P. Price, TE- Riemersma, K-Hollis, D- Eagles

    Projected Points- 83

    Line- Dozedrdogs (-1)

    Fat Tony Says-
Both teams are riding the hot hands. Dozerdogs are going with FA pickup Shane Matthews in hopes the fun and gun is here to stay. Marcus Pollard is out with bad ribs. The Poutines are riding the red hot hand of Drew Bledsoe and company. Bledsoe is facing a weaker Defense in the Vikings than last week's opponent- the Jets.

Interesting stat- All but one of the Poutine's players are on the road this week (Hearst is at home) While all but one of the DDogs are at home ( Bears D in ATL)

Dozerdogs squeek out a victory by 3 points.

Ct Bills Fan 1-0 Vs Casdhf Boners 1-0

    Boners

Probable Starters- QB McNabb RBs- Tiki Barber, Tomlinson WR- Rod Smith, Willie Jackson TE- Fred Jones K-Edlinger D-Titans

    Proj. Points 87

    Ct Bills Fan-

    Probable Starters- QB Brooks, RB R Williams, T Henry, WR-Keyshawn Johnson, D Boston TE-B Franks, K=Akers D-49ers

    Proj Points- 86

    Line- Casdhf Boners (-1)

    Fat Tony says-

Another nail biter. CtBillsFan gets to unleash Travis Henry, off a career game Vs the Jets and up against a suspect Viking D. I like the matchups that CtBillsFan is getting. Keyshawn vs a suspect Ravens D decimated by cap cuts, Rick Williams vs a porus Indy run D, and Aaron Brooks vs a GB defense that made Michael Vick look like Daunte Culpepper. The Boners' best matchup is Ladanian Tomlinson vs the expansion Texans.

Interesting Stat- Henry and Williams combined for 55 FFL points last week. YIKES!!

Take CtBillsFan in a convincing win

Killer Typ0s 1-0 Vs Vs Flutie Rulz 1-0

      Killer Typ0s

Probable Starters- QB Culpepper, RBs- Holmes, A. Thomas, WRs- T. Glenn, E MCCafferty, TE- E Johnson, K- Longwell, D- Redskins

      Proj Points- 92

Probable Starters- QB Manning, RB-Bettis, S Davis, WR- J Horn, D Branch, TE-Gonzales, K- Brien D- TB Bucs

      Proj. Points- 90

      Line- Killer Typ0s (-2)

Gotta like the Killer Typ0s and their #1 ranked offense. Priest Holmes is not the 1 year wonder people thought, The A Train will take his shot at a Falcon D that gave Ahman Green a field day, and Culpepper will get into a shootout under the dome against the Bills. Manning will be facing a stiff Fins D, and Bettis was dismal vs the Pats, and now faces an Oakland D that stuffed Shawn Alexander last week.

Interesting Stats- Both of these teams combined for 106 FFL points last week. KT's Priest Holmes last week- 37 FFL points, the rest of the Killer Typ0 bench- 41 points Combined

OJ Experience 0-1 vs Pottymouths 0-1

        Pottymouths

        Probable Starters- QB K Warner, RB-C Garner, RB- M Pittman, WR-E Moulds, WR- J Rice, TE J Shockey, K- M Vanderjact, D-Browns

        Projected Points- 81

        OJ Experience-

Probable Starters- QB- T Green, RB M Faulk, RB Fred Taylor, WR-Terrell Owens, WR-Troy Brown, TE-R. McMichael, K-Joe Nedny, D-Steelers

        Projected Points- 85

        Line- OJE (-4)

Sub Par performances by the big guns on both sides cost both these teams wins last week. OJ Experience suffered homicidal tendancies watching Kordell Stewart and the Pit D in a horrendous MNF performance. The Rams offense sputtered as well with "ONLY" 16 points for Marshal Faulk. The Pottymouths could not be happy with the Browns D collapsing vs the Chiefs.
The question is- The Rams finally coming back to earth? Are the 30 point Faulk game now the exception rather than the rule?

Interesting stat- Marshal Faulk, K Warner, and the Rams are 0-6 in their last 6 games (Super Bowl, Pre season, and week 1)

Take Pottymouths and the points in the upset- Pittman runs wild vs the Ravens

          Gnatmonsters 0-1Vs Wrecking Crew 0-1

          Gnatmomonsters-

Probable Starters- QB Garcia, RB- E George, RB-Alstott, WR-Jimmy Smith, WR-Q Ismail, TE- Walls, K- M Gramatica, D- Dolphins

          Proj Points-85

          Wrecking Crew-

Probable Starters- B Farve, RB- Gary, E James, WR- H Ward, I Bruce, TE- F Wycheck, K- O Mare, D-Rams

          Proj Points- 79

          Line- Gnatmonsters(-6)

          Fat Tony says-

The Wrecking Crew looks more like a rambling wreck- Injuries (Stewart, Wheatly) and backs splitting carries (Gary) sapped the strenght of this club. Bret Farve needs to put on the Superman cape and with a little luck, Issac Bruce might have a big day as the Rams look to break out. But i don't see it. The Rams beat the Giants 16-13 last season as the G-Men held the powerful Ram attack in check in the loss. Gnatmonsters bolster their attack with the Colts Quadry Ismail. Is this the second Colt WR threat Marvin Harrison has been waiting for? Eddie George will have a big game vs the Dallas cowboys.

Interesting stat- Dallas plays the "Ghost of Houston past" when they try to stop a rejuvinated Eddie George (ex Oiler and currant Titan). This coming off a dismal performance vs the "Ghost of Houston Future" , the Texans.

          Gnatmonsters by double digits

Medina Mustangs 0-1 Vs Fat Pansies 0-1

            Fat Pansies-

Probable Starters- QB- Griese, RBs W Dunn, C Dillon WR- Randy Moss, Kevin Johnson TE-Shannon Sharpe K- J Elam D- Dallas

            Proj Points- 87

            Medina Mustangs

Probable Starters- QB Vick RBs C Martin, D Staley WR- M Muhammed, T Holt TE-David Sloan, K- Vinatieri D- Chiefs

            Projected Points-76

            Line Fat Pansies(-11)

            Fat Tony Says-
The Pansies are the biggest favorite on the board this week, but Fat Tony smells an upset. The Pansies have all sorts of question marks on the roster. Griesie was almost pulled IN a VICTORY Warrick Dunn is splitting time with Falcon rookie TJ Duckett. Looks like an Allstott/TB time share in the backfield all over again. Moss and Johnson should have big days- But I don't like his choice of riding the Dallas D as his only option. How can they perform with a cantankerous meddling owner roaming the sidelines all the time? (And I'm not referring to Jerry Jones!) Bo Williams siphons off points from TE David Sloan in NO.

On the surface, the Mustangs look to be in big trouble if Curtis Martin can't go- he's a gametime decision. He does have the enigmatic Lamar Smith in the wings- a dissapointment in Miami but he's one of the only options in Carolina- going up against the putrid Detroit Lions. The Mustangs are also sitting top QB Gannon in favor of Michael Vick- a wild card that could turn this team around this season.

Take The Medina Mustangs and the 11 points- this is going to be a close game- The Mustangs might win outright!

                good analysis

next week, all you need to say about my team is "let's be honest, this team sucks."

17 points for the Cowboy defense. A big win for the Pansies.

It's up to the Eagles defense to keep me in the lead tonight. Why didn't I start the Chargers instead? :hamrhed:
