Dan Carpenter has a $2.8 million cap hit in 2016.

Jordan Gay is due $600,000, not a big number but enough money to sign a draft pick or two.

$3.4 million combined for two kickers on a team strapped for cap cash?

Roberto Aguayo is being called the NFL's most promising kicking prospect this century.

Aguayo is the most accurate kicker in NCAA history.

He kicked a football 79 yards when he was 15 years old.

At FSU, he was a perfect 49 for 49 inside 40 yards.

Doug Whaley should be interested.

Spending a 3rd or 4th round pick on Roberto Aguayo would be a good investment.

It wouldn't surprise me if they pull the trigger on the kid pretty early.

It will surprise me if they pull the trigger at all with only 6 picks in a deep draft and so many needs (imho). It just shouldn't be that hard to find a kicker who can kick xp's, fg's and kickoffs, everyone else did, and craploads come out of college every year.

If they pull the trigger on a kicker early in the draft I'll lose my ****. They ****ed up when they let Hopkins go.

We drafted and cut Gary Anderson. He missed on purpose so he could move on from Buffalo. Trends to make me nervous, mmm hmmm.

I say draft him instead of reaching for a DB junior from Ohio State.

Not a chance he lasts till the 3rd or 4th. We want him, we gotta take him in round 2

If we draft a Kicker before OL given the state of our OL, then **** this team.

I'm not opposed to drafting a kicker but with our current state among the OL and LB core it can't be before addressing those 2 massive holes.

Considering how many more games we could've potentially won if it weren't for the misses Carpenter had, as well as the prospect of being able to free up one roster spot, I think it's well worth a 3rd rounder.

I'd take him in the third, no question. Maybe even the second.

Doug, or Rex... if you see this.. please draft Aguayo. Darby, Manuel, Kar-Williams, Bradham, O'leary, and Fluellan are all completely irrelevant to this.. but anyways he is a next generation kicker who has been preparing for this whole life.. he didn't just convert from Soccer after not cutting it in college, he was also the #1 K coming out of HS.

a team like the bronco's might waste a 2nd on a kicker not a team needing numerous players just to be 8-8.

How many more games? We had 8 losses, and he missed a total of four kicks in those games - FGs against the Giants (lost by 14), FG against Pats (Game 2, lost by 7), XP against Pats (lost by 8), XP against KC (lost by 8)

Carpenter's misses were obnoxious but they mostly made our wins more stressful then they cost us games.

If they meet with this kid and see him being our highest scorer in the next decade they should take him in the 2nd.

We need a replacement for Mario, at least one starting LB, maybe two, a number two WR, a staring RT, Offensive line depth overall, a back up QB and maybe a Safety (depending on Williams). And that's if we are able to resign our free agents, with very little cap room. I can't see the Bills spending a day 2 pick on a Kicker.

In a related story, I would not **** this team, but I would not be against shagging Pegula's wife.

Sounds like a perfect Bills draft:
1) CB
2) WR
3) K
4)RB

last 2 picks looks for scraps for OL and LB, wonder why they suck. Lather rinse repeat.

Aguayo would be a good pick.

3rd round I'd be fine with, it would replace two players on the roster.

Either way, Gay and Carpenter need to be shown the door for one guy who does both.
