I'm ok with this trade.

Neither of those players scare me, and Maxwell has a pretty big contract that he's taking with him to Miami.

I think, if I'm not mistaken that the cap number would be reasonable because the signing bonus amortization stays with the Eagles as dead cash. I think it is only 4.5 - 5M annual cap hit. Makes me love the Shady for Kiko trade even more.

That would suck, because I really don't want to root against Kiko.

The legend continues...maybe.

Pederson will want a RB that can catch out of the backfield.

More interesting Schwartz didn't want Alonso.

44 catches last year and 57 the year before is hardly a guy who can't catch.

Meh, Alonso has always been a WLB in a 4-3 who struggles in traffic. The only way Schwartz made him fit so well was due to the DL the Bills had that could keep the OL from reach the second level. I don't think he'd be that tough to replace within the system for Schwartz.

Alonso never played for Schwartz in Buffalo.

You're right, that was Pettine not Schwartz.

Thank you for the correction.

It's going to take a few years to clean up the mess that Chip made in Philly.

Well looks like we will be running all over Miami even more. Kiko is terrible vs the run. Really bad.
