That makes it sound like he stepped down but I get it.

Good move. I hope we didn't break the bank though.

Bank was already broken. They didn't have enough cap left to overpay, unless they overpaid him in the out years and we could just cut him if it's a problem.

Also, lets hope he plays at the same level now that his NFL future doesn't depend on it.

Great news that we were able to keep our key guys Glenn and Incogs. Good offseason so far. We will probably sign a few second teir FA's too. Trevathan please! Maybe Robert Ayers?

That is a fair amount of scratch for an aging guard. They need to do a few restructurings or reach long term deals with Gilmore and/or Glenn to fit the draft class in under the cap.

Looks like the Jahri Evans tactic worked.

That's great. Also is his last deal in the NFL. He milked it for everything he could.

3 for 15 is fair. Good work by OBD getting this done.

It depends on how it's structured, how much is guaranteed, etc. I'm OK with it, given he was one of our best offensive lineman last year.

5 mil/yr is extremely reasonable for someone playing at a PB level.

Now stay on your meds, Mr. Incognito...good things will happen

                            Meh.

It's probably not a 5 million hit each year. A 3 year deal like this often assumes the last year won't be seen.

Good. Now they need to sign jahri evans too.
