K Dan Carpenter takes pay cut

Dan Carpenter took a $250k pay cut for 2016. He can earn it back in incentives, but it won't count against the 2016 cap. Not a lot of savings, but the Bills now have a little over $5.8 mil in cap space.

If Carpenter is a post-June 1 cut they can save $2.3 mil.

I'm still surprised they have been. I find it real hard to believe that Carpenter is the only kicker in the league who cannot kick the ball from a tee.
