    The return of Harvin, maybe....

"The last thing I heard, (Bills senior vice president of football administration) Jim Overdorf talked to his agent and hopefully he's going to make a decision in the next week or two of if he's going to play, and if he's going play, if he's coming back to us," Whaley said, via Matthew Fairburn of Syracuse.com. "We'll hopefully know in the next week or two."

Frustrated with a chronic hip injury, Harvin was contemplating retirement when the Bills placed him on injured reserve in early November.

"From what I'm hearing, he's leaning towards playing," Whaley continued.
Bills GM Doug Whaley suggested Monday that Percy Harvin is leaning toward playing in 2016. Will the Bills have an answer on Harvin's in the next week or two?

With a reasonable contract per a reasonable assessment of his health, I'd be fine with it, though I wouldn't be expecting 16 games, and I'd be expecting an incentives based contract. I liked what I saw from Harvin before he went down again.

Quietly, WR has become about as desperate of a situation as ILB and RT on this team. If he comes back and can stay healthy for 3/4 a season, that would be a big time help to the team.

Wouldn't be opposed to it on a short-term cheap deal.

Hell he owes the team money for what he stole from them last season. If it's more than vet minimum with incentives, it's too much.

Just move on from him. Even if he signs for vet minimum , he's bound to quit during the season

I mean if he comes back we will get 8 games tops for him. We should just move on.

if he was a guy with a great reputation and played through the pain, you'd consider it. but he isn't a leader, they had more or less the same offense without him. with a bills team close to the cap, I don't even see the value of taking a vet minimum deal. maybe if we had money to burn. but under the current conditions, we should move on from him. That is the sensible thing to do. but that being said, this team still has russ Brandon in its operations telling us that he's the reason we are huge fans buying stuff. so I presume this will be handled like a tire fire, per usual.

The "legend" of Percy Harvin continues

Years and years pass and I still don't get it. He's nowhere near as good as he (and sooo many people) inexplicably thinks he is.

He's always hurt and he's quite the head case. Lets just move on.

No way. He quit on the team once. You seriously want to give him another chance to quit on the team again?
