NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- The Tennessee Titans agreed to terms Thursday on a five-year contract with first-round draft pick Andre Woolfolk.
General manager Floyd Reese said the parties agreed to most of the deal Wednesday night and completed the final details Thursday. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
The Titans, who open training camp Friday, also agreed to terms with punter Brian Holmes.
For a team that has seen a number of cornerbacks go down with injuries the past two seasons, Woolfolk's signing comes at a perfect time.
"We seem to just never have enough corners," Reese said. "Even though we think we have corners we can rely on, it seems we either ran into injuries or a mistake or whatever it may be. It seems like we're always fighting to get one."
