NAPA, Calif. (July 24, 2003) -- The Oakland Raiders signed all of their draft picks, including first-round selections Nnamdi Asomugha and Tyler Brayton.
Asomugha, a cornerback from California, got a six-year contract. Brayton, a defensive lineman from Colorado, also got a six-year deal. Financial terms weren't available.
Asomugha and Brayton both could play big roles for the AFC champions, who lost several key players in the offseason. Cornerback Tory James and defensive tackle Sam Adams both departed, and the rookies are expected to help fill the holes.
