Sign him up now. Watkins will miss most of camp.

Watkins could learn a lot from him.

Boldin one of my favorites .... sign him ASAP.

classic bills signing to distract from their draft mistake. at some point, the bills need to fully clean house. you would think pegula would see the similarities between darcy and Brandon.

I like Boldin a lot.

Signing Boldin would make sense even with a 100% healthy Watkins. Now that he's hurt (again!) it makes even more sense.

Which is of course why we won't even consider it.

I don't think Boldin will want to come to a middlin' team with a rushing oriented offense. If he did I'd be great with it, but I just don't think he will. He'll end up with a contender.

Boldin is more of a middle the field type intermediate distance receiver at this stage of his career and we have a short QB who has shown no ability to throw in between the hash marks.

He's a possession receiver at best. People are remembering his better years and overlooking his recent struggles.

There is that...

And he's saying that "I want to play for a winner" stuff.

Perhaps he will get a gig as an injury replacement sometime during the season by some contending team.

Because the Bills are one player away . . ., unfortunately that one player is the 2007 version of Tom Brady.

He'll probably also want $8M a year.

He dramatically increases T.O.P. the smart move would be to go get this savvy veteran.

He'll be 36 in October. That's old for a receiver

36? Geez... One good hit and that old man would **** out his pancreas. Do they make cups for old bastards that have balls that dunk water when they take a dump? 36 ? Would Goodell subsidize the salary with a Medicare supplement?

36 and you guys are drooling over him. Hey how old is Moss now? Call him in. Just because a guy is 36 and had a great career doesn't imply in the least that he could teach anything to anyone about football. It's the guys that cannot that "teach".

He can show how to get great early bird dining deals . So there's that.

I don't believe that anyone seriously is advocating the "teaching" angle. NFL players are in it for the jack.

My guess remains is that if he gets a gig, he gets it as a contenders' injury replacement.

Oooooh.

But the media wouldn't be allowed to report on them anyway.

This team is mind boggling!

As it turned out, Boldin had a pretty decent year in Detroit.

Sure, but the Lions have never had difficulty accumulating passing yards under Stafford.

Then again, he is not a running midget so he can see the whole field.

Haven't heard anything since. Did he actually come? Would be a good signing for one year.

Worst yards per catch of his career and now another year older. He has shown the ability to get in the end zone but those have to be from 10 and in which we run the ball 80% of the time. I'm not convinced he would help this team other than be a name that we all know. If he wants to play for a contender and no contender is offering a contract, that should be telling.

It's a good signing. Veteran leadership and will be a great check down for Tyrod.

Maybe they are yes men and he likes loyalty over performance

CIN owner Brown wrote the guidebook on that. To my knowledge, he has never ate a player or staff contract, regardless if they cease to be an asset.

Peg's canning of Ryan would never happen here.

I like him. Our problem is our QB who makes one read and then starts his happy feet dance. I can only hope the new staff can do something about that.

Anquan Boldin signing = commitment to another 7-9 season .... I'd rather go 1-15 with Skooby on the field than 7-9 with the 37 year-old feller

Skooby/Mitch is not a QB -- have you seen how fat his ass is? -- he is a Wide Receiver.
