He owns the best long jump in the world this year so far. Last year's rankings had him 12th in the world and he's setting PR's now.

Yes. Good guy but football isn't for him

Hasn't he already done that for the past few years?

Maybe if he concentrated on football he wouldn't be injured every year. Why do we waste our time with these guys that are perennially injured and we resign them and expect them to start year after year. WHY? Are there ****ing morons running this team?

I wish the best for him this summer.

I don't think he's making our roster.

Didn't he do that for the World Championships last year or the year before?

I agree that this would probably be in his best interest.

US Trials are in Eugene, OR from 7/1 to 7/10. I would imagine he'll be there and if he makes it retire from football and if he doesn't then he'll be in camp.

He is making 500k plus to run fly routes in practice. No way should he retire and give up the money.

He should if he doesn't think he'll be making the team this year and I would say he's a likely cut with all the WR competition they brought in.

Considering Listenbee is just as fast, bigger, and looks to be a better catcher of the ball (aka a better receiver all around IMO), Goodwin should be gone.

I say come in and when they cut you sprint at world class speed out of the stadium

Listenbee's not a better catcher of the ball.

Listenbee's not a better catcher of the ball.

The Youtube highlights made him look like a body catcher to me, that said if he can get on the field it be an upgrade to Goodwin.

Of course he should. He never should've made last year's roster but somehow he did. Then promptly got hurt at the slightest gust of wind. He can't possibly make the team this year. I've seen few players as fragile as him.

I agree Listenbee looks better than Goodwin ever did (based only on highlights I admit). But for all I know he's just another fast guy parading as a receiver that won't ever see the field enough to matter. I guess we'll see around training camp.

Wake up. Goodwin drafted 3rd round -78th overall. Listenbee was an afterthought to everyone in the NFL. Drafted 6th round #192.

Kinda like James Hardy was better than Stevie Johnson?
