That's a fair initial reaction but when you actually go through the list Buffalo is arguably among that group.

Blue Chip Players: LeSean McCoy, Sammy Watkins, Stephon Gilmore, Marcell Dareus, Kyle Williams, Jerry Hughes, Richie Incognito

Risers: Cordy Glenn, Aaron Williams, Tyrod Taylor, Ronald Darby, Karlos Williams

Yes, but unfortunately they also belong at or near the top of the worst coached teams.

Absolutely not. Not until they prove it. They have not.

Sammy Watkins is blue chip??? ROFLMAO. What exactly has he proven? Nothing. Granted he has lousy QBs throwing at him, but he's done nothing notable.

Sammy Watkins would start on every team in the league and would be the #1 on 24-25 of those teams.

I agree with that list Mahdi but would put Glenn in the blue chip group.

The problem is it is easy to make lists like this for every team:

NE: Blue chip: Brady, Gronk, Edelman, Solder, Vollmer, Sheard, Collins, Hightower, McCourty; Risers: Butler, Brown, Lewis, Ryan
Jets: Blue Chip: Marshall, Decker, Mangold, Wilkerson, Richardson, Revis; Risers: Williams, Pryor, Amaro
Miami: Blue Chip: Albert, Pouncey, Jones, Wake, Williams, Suh; Risers: Tannehill, Landry, Parker, James

The teams that were listed in that articles were listed in part because they have blue chippers who are truly the best of the best (e.g., Seattle with Thomas and Sherman; Vikings with Peterson; Steelers with Brown; Denver with Miller; Panthers with Keuchly, etc.).

Valid point...

We could argue that Dareus, McCoy and Incognito are at the top 3 of their position group though... Watkins would be top 5 with an elite QB and maybe #1.

Nothing notable? Kinda harsh

Most of those teams have QBs. To say Tyrod is a "riser" is speculative. He's had ONE YEAR. Playing BETTER year TWO would make him a RISER year THREE

Giants and Vikings seem to be a bit tad over rated if ask me. Especially when comes to Giants defensive talent.

McCoy: Unless they are Barry Sanders or Peterson, dime a dozen running backs do not belong on blue chip lists.
Watkins: injury prone
Gilmore: Even more injury prone
Dareus: hasn't done much the past 24 games.
K Williams: love the guy but his career is about over
Hughes: takes too many needless penalties
Incognito: how much left in his tank?

Taylor: 1 read, throw a bomb or take off and run QB
A Williams: is he even playing this year?
K Williams: injury prone his 1st year, out performed the"blue chip" starter

Incognito is clearly a top 3 G. He's blue chip for his position...

Disagree.

DeCastro, Grubbs, Lang, Long, Brooks, Fusco, Yanda, Schwartz, Wharton, Warford, Vasquez, and Sitton are all guys I'd either place in front of him or put him as equal to. He's borderline Top 10, we overinflated how good he was because of just how bad our OG play has been for the last few years.
