BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The Pegulas may own a new building near the First Niagara Center.
Reports in The Buffalo News and Buffalo Rising indicate the company that owns the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres, Pegula Sports and Entertainment, has signed a contract to purchase a building in the Cobblestone District next to First Niagara Center.

Regardless of whether or not a new stadium, or different site for that stadium, is in the works it only makes sense for them to continue to invest in the area around the arena.

wow 4m for that dump?

I wonder if Terry & Kim would like to buy a house in the suburbs of Albany in case they need to spend some time with the NY State politicians.

Jackpot for the old owners for sure. 4 m for a building accessed at 250k, that's insane.
