Brady will fight this as far as he can, if only for keeping up the appearance that he is not guilty.

Says in the article that his ONLY REMAINING OPTION is the U.S. Supreme Court. They would look awful foolish hearing this case IMO.

Him missing a few games needs to be heard by the Supreme Court versus the other issues in the country now ??? It'd be about the stupidest thing they could do.

Don't count your chickens. I could see the appeals court granting a stay until the SC decides on whether or not to hear it.

The SC drags their feet on making a decision so he gets to play. The SC, of course, eventually decides not to hear it but it's too late at that point.

NE wins the SB yet again, Brady decides to retire rather than face the suspension next year and he escapes consequence.

Only the Supreme Court left for this pouting baby.

If he had been man enough to admit his light offense (because it really is) early on this would've been forgotten by now. But he decided to go full ***** on it and he keeps going wasting time and money from both the players union and the state in his vendetta against god knows what. What a ****ing ****. Die Tom.

That's exactly I think Brady is doing, trying to drag this out as long as he can and puff, he retires and no suspension.

If that is the case I think there needs to be a permanent * next to his name in the HOF.

There should be one next to his name anyway since he cheated at least 2 different ways.

Is there anything more important for the Supreme Court now than to preserve Brady's legacy? Brady has Ted Olson on his legal team.

Trump/Clinton better pick up on this if they want to win MA.

Why would they look foolish?

As far as I know, the country is running smoothly. I can't imagine they have anything important to do...

7,000-10,000 petitions a year to the Supreme Court. Only 80 cases make it.

Right now, they are hearing zero...since they missing a judge.

But give Brady his props...LOL. .No Brady in Week 4. Karma.

Patriotplanet going full-on denial. Recommendations:

Full stadium with hand-held place-cards spelling out **** goodell
Boycotting the first four games (yes they want an empty stadium)
defamation lawsuit filed by Tommy Boy
Etc.

Some entertaining reading.

Yeah, well cheer up. We'll get a chance to beat the Pats WITH Brady in week 8. You may not feel any joy on that day, either...so there is that.

What would be horrible is the real possibility of the Pats beating us even without Brady in week four. That would be hard to stomach. It's not a gimme even without Brady.

Maybe we can beat them both with and without Brady...sweep those bastards. What do ya think? On second thought, don't tell me.

I wouldn't be surprised at anything from 5-11 to 9-7, though expecting 8 wins or less by pattern.

I really don't know how the team will do this year, either. We do have potential. Makes it interesting.
