But when he's fully healthy, Rex Ryan envisions him as a real weapon.

"First off, with Reggie Bush, he's such a talent, but we want him to be almost like that Ferrari that we unleash and let people be like,'Oh man, he's out there!' But I also don't want to run him into the ground," Ryan said on NFL Network's "Good Morning Football."

He might be valuable out of the backfield catching some balls, that's been the best part of his game in the NFL.

It's tough to put any type of credence in anything Rex says at this point though, especially in what he says about a running back coming into his eleventh season whom had 12 touches last year.

They're looking at Bush to be the primary punt returner. Maybe some kicks.

They want to use him for specific things and certain packages on offense, to confuse defenses and such. Sounds like they want to keep him fresh and use him just occasionally on offense. We probably won't even see him out there as often as a you'd see a #2 back out there on offense, even during Karlos' suspension. He probably would not actually RUN the ball much at all.

Yeah, like Donald Trump is apologetic.

If he gets in for more than 7 plays a game, I'd be suprised.

I would be surprised to see him get 20 carries the whole season. Receiving I am not so sure about. Bush has skills and talent get him out in space and he can still do some damage. Make a play or two early in the season and suddenly he's got teams preparing for him which is what Ryan is really looking for.

A backfield Percy Harvin. A temp shiny.

He also wanted to make Schwartz's D no.1 .

A used Ferrari with questionable tires and wheels .Not sure it can finish the race. .

He will be most valuable in the 4th quarter when the D is tired. That's the best use for him.

Probably more like one of those old Volkswagens with a poor fiberglass copy of a Ferrari body.

Looks like Rex unleashed Bush on the Bills defense and Reggie Ragland is a little worse off because of it . . .

You're not wrong there, but Bush is cheap. There's nothing wrong with having some specialist players, you just spent give them multiple millions.

Come late in the game, a screen or two to Reggie Bush would probably yield some good yards & maybe close out a game or 2.

I think even 7 is pushing it. Maybe if you are including punt or KO returns. Rex's flapping gums aside, I assume we picked him up pretty cheaply so doesn't hurt to have him through camp at minimum.

Yes I'm including that, which you must if you're counting plays per game. He will be the focal point in the Bills' return game.

As long as when he does get a few carries they're not Reggie Bush up the middle...

If his ACL is healed, he's an exciting guy in the return game and open field.
