Re: Bills flag makes it to Rio
Its coconut water.
Very good drink.
The young, green coconuts have water inside, before they age and turn to coconut meat and milk.
The water is much better at this stage.
There are vendors selling these all over Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon beaches, the three beaches that run south to north on the Atlantic Rio coast.
What they need to promote is acai and guarana It used to be my regular routine to get a fresh glass of guarana, then workout, then have an order of acai with granola in it.
Good until dinner.

Re: Bills flag makes it to Rio
I'll not argue the "health" benefits of coconut water. However, I will argue the flavor. It truly is a drink only someone dying of thirst can enjoy. My wife told me that if I had a dollar for every girl who found me unattractive, girls would find me VERY attractive.
MY WIFE SAID THAT!!!

Fresh guarana juice, on the other hand, is really good, and the acai they sell there is great also.

Coconut water health benefits are numerous, but likely exaggerated. When it comes to coconut water vs. water, water is perfectly good.
