Good news. I wasn't really worried that Manny wouldn't be ready to go week 1, but I wasn't sure when he'd be returning. It sounds like he'll start practicing again this morning.

it's better that he's ready now so that he's got more time to get into game day shape. he will be heavily relied on with the LB corp down to pure backups.Comment

The even better news is, he most likely won't have to worry about re-injuring himself in the first game. He faces a possible one-game suspension.Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
