The leading candidate this year is former San Francisco 49ers first-round pick J.J. Stokes because of his experience in the West Coast offense. But Donald Hayes and Matthew Hatchette also will be in the mix. The Jaguars could take a look at Kevin Lockett, though he appears better suited for the No.3 role.

Danny Boyd is the incumbent, but not the favorite, after spending less than a month with the Jaguars last season.
