About the only thing I can think of in reading this, is that we didn't need a motivator-guy, we needed a tactical disciplined guy. I can understand the motivational f-bomb speech, but in the case of Ryan being here all it has resulted in so far is over excited dumb penalties and him making himself look stupid because the loud bravado doesn't amount to anything.

The thing too about a motivator-guy, is that eventually it just becomes background noise.
