Tired of being tired rant

Watched MNF. Very early, but this kid Carson Wentz showed me more tonight than Tie Rod in a season plus.

Damn it, why can't the Bills get a QB that's tall enough to go on all the rides at Disney? Why can't we get a QB who's first area of strength is THROWING not running? Why is it when we decide to burn extra picks to move up it's not on the 1 position that you have to be great at, it's for a luxury position for the top 10 and to boot we take a guy who's so fragile he showers in Windex?

It's damn sickening is what it is. Philadelphia looks like they have something special in Wentz. But the Bills are so much smarter, we can find our franchise guy hiding in plain sight at the end of the Baltimore bench and have him led by an undisciplined blowhard who's taken a mediocre team and made them worse. You just want to scream some days. I'm not a negative person but a man needs hope, tell me where is it? End rant.

He looked like a 10 year vet last night ordering everyone around, taking shots, and making the throws. I can see why they dumped Bradford so quick.

Yup he killed at least one bad play and got them into a good one. He looked calm as hell, in control and having fun. He stood tall in the pocket and delivered on at least one throw i saw where he had a guy comming right at him who was going to crush him. And after the hit he got up like nothing happened. Poise. Accuracy. Youth.

It is very frustrating when your favorite team is one of the stupidest, most poorly run franchises in all of sports.

The problem is all those seasons with between 6 & 9 wins always means the obvious franchise QBs aren't reaching the Bills where they draft. We haven't picked in the top 2 in over 30 years. The last horrible season we had, we missed Cam Newton by 2 slots in the draft. Our scouting isn't good enough to uncover any franchise QB except the most obvious ones, so I'm hoping that this year we bottom out so that we can finally get that franchise QB.

Reich and Collins were drafted by the Bills... They were better than just okay.

Reich and Collins were drafted by the Bills... They were better than just okay.

both were career backups. reich had some great moments. collins had a nice run somewhere around his 15th year in the league.

Starting the season at 0-5 makes me less tired in terms of hoping for the Bills.
