Let's say hypothetically if Rex and Rob got fired in the next 3 weeks and Anthony Lynn is passed over for interim head coach, based on the Bills official coaching hierarchy below, Kathryn Smith would be the first female assistant coach in NFL history. It makes sense to hand the reigns over to Anthony if the season's a bust.

Since the Bills still own the rights to the name "Buffalo Jills" I think a name change might be in order.
