hey.. dont forget.. this was a practice without shoulder pads, fairway.. i dont know if you noticed, but sams chest and shoulders are as big as his gut..

a normal guy at 350 lbs would not be built like that.. believe me.. he is gonna be a beast.. just wait and see.

Last I read adams was in the 340 range

Sam is still really fat, but not as fat as Ted Washington was those years he made the probowl and anchored our #1 defense. Don't forget, he has the girth to stop the run and hold up the offensive line, the difference between him and any other fat slob is that while maintaining this mountainous weight he is also very fast and nimble! I hope he can add a few more pounds by the season so no one can get by him! He is an anchor not a sprinter! He still weighs 30 pounds less than Mike Williams, and I don't think Mike Williams is any slouch.
