All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host. Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.

Yeah, that's it for teams off 10 day breaks.

We play the Dolphins after they play Saturday, so that's an extra day for them. We also play the Bengals off of their Monday night game, so they get a day less.

It all evens out for us this year anyway.

We play the Pats and 49ers off of their 10 day breaks, but we played the Cards off our 10 day break and we'll play the Bengals after our bye. Then the extra day that the Dolphins get is evened out by the 1 less day the Bengals get.

This is not the year to complain about this stuff, we're even stephen.

The last game we play this season, the opponent has a 13 day break.

It's only a 9 day break & we have a 6 day break (Monday-Saturday)

Is it really *****ing when it's a legitimate complaint?

And while I agree that we don't have anything to complain about this year, the comparisons of who we play after long/short breaks should not be compared to our schedule. We always have one game after our bye week every year. What it should be compared to is the league average number of teams that are played after a long break. Which is why we originally complained, because the average was something like playing 1-2 teams after long breaks whereas we regularly played upwards of 3-4. Rough estimates because I don't recall the exact numbers, but it was a significant difference.
