The 9ers are considering a qb change. Who would you rather see the Bills face? I'm hoping they stick with Gabbert. I feel like you know what you're getting with him. A mediocre qb that's just not good enough. I know Kaepernick has had some awful games and there are a lot of questions surrounding him, but he's more of a wildcard to me. He still has that potential to be dangerous and surprise people. I think the Bills should win either way, but a switch to Kaepernick would make me a little nervous.

I hope they stick with Gabbert just because all of the taking a knee talk in the media leading up to the game will/would be unbearable.Originally posted by LOSman WINSVanek is Austrian not EuropeanOriginally posted by Prov401Pacquiao isn't asian. Re: Gabbert or Kaepernick?
They would have to keep a safety in as a shadow to watch Kap, with his scrambling ability.
I would prefer Gabbert but Kap's head seems elsewhere with all his social justice attention grabbing. If he starts, so be it but he's rusty and Hyde will be running the ball a lot. I still have confidence.Anonymity is an abused privilege, abused most by people who mistake vitriol for wisdom and cynicism for wit

I hope it's Kap. He won't be able to see or hear by the time he gets all that hair into his helmet. If he gets a haircut though, could be an issue.

Re: Gabbert or Kaepernick?
Kaep has played at the highest level in this league. The book might be out out on him but he can pull a win outbof his ass.
Please give me Gabbert 100 times out of 100.
I think long term Kaep isn't a sucessful QB again but in a one game spot especially given his current situation the dude could ball. Ponder is the white EJ, pleeeeeeease give me Ponder. Anyone but Kaep.
Kaep is a poor man's Randall Cunningham. SF's talent level is so low on both sides of the ball it shouldn't matter. However he's the one factor on "Any Given Sunday" that could turn this game.

Re: Gabbert or Kaepernick?
Gabbert's easy. Use the same strategy NE used against Tyrod. Stuff the run, force him into short throws, and make him complete 75% or more of his passes to keep drive's alive. He can't do it. (Tyrod actually did it)
Kaep's scary when he's "good", he can make plays, keep plays alive long enough for deep coverage to break down. He could put up 0, or 30 or anything in between. Gabbert's not putting up 30 points if you gave him an extra quarter.
Run for 200 yards and it won't matter, we'll score points and control the clock.
