CHENEY, Wash. (AP) Seattle Seahawks linebacker Anthony Simmons did most of his tackling on the couch last season.
Waiting nine frustrating weeks for a high ankle sprain to heal, all Simmons could do was sit and watch as his teammates struggled through the doldrums of a 7-9 season.
