I hope the next head coach is a young offensive innovator that brings a Wade Phillips/Gregg Williams to be DC. Or lures Schwartz away from Philly. I'd be OK with promoting Lynn.

It's not even 1-3 in the division that kills us, we're still one win up on Miami and the Jets who we both play again, it's 1-4 in the conference that digs a deep wildcard hole, the only teams we're better than or tie in conference record, are Cleveland and Jacksonville who are a combined 2-13. That's totally wildcard fatal.
