    Bills sign S Sergio Brown.

Journeyman who never played in a Ryan defense, more of a run defense guy. Not real compelling at first look.

BUT...we have a third Brown to replace one of the plethora of Williamses, er, Williamsi.....AND I always wished we could have a guy named Serge.

The six-year vet takes the place of Aaron Williams in the Bills’ secondary.

He was decent at ND but that was a long time ago. I think he overlapped with Blanton too.

It's all fruitless but he's Serge.

He's a body with some football background.

It was him or Xavier, the bouncer at Dannys with some martial arts experience.

              Those are slim pickings.

I only keep hearing the SNL skit "SERGIO" when I see that we signed this guy. Jon Ham plays Sergio who keeps appearing with no shirt and a saxophone. it's one of the funnier SNL skits in the last 10 Years.

I wonder who gave Whaley the idea to sign this guy.

                    Makes a great expresso...

Can't be much worse than the Meeks - Blanton duo can he ??

Duke Williams is sooooo bad he can't even find playing time even against the other 2 bums.

That would have been a tough one for me. I always wished we had a Xavier too.

Hey, could be that the Bills are stockpiling Browns' in the hopes that someday they will outweigh the Williams'.

Although, I figure maybe they should acquire more McCoys, and then try to counteract that with a bunch of Hatfields instead. Can't go wrong that way.

                            We did have a Xavier.

One Xavier Omon. A running back. Had him for a couple years not too long ago. Should have enjoyed it while it lasted...
