Why have the bills not added a player to the roster yet and put Wood on IR?

I would think it would be prudent to claim someone on another teams practice squad and get them in here ASAP to start learning.

Which brings me to the question do any of you know of any centers on practice squads in the NFL that could be good options for us?

First players are off this week so there would be limited (if any) learning this week. Second, they might be bringing players in for tryouts.

And I am guessing it might not be a center they sign anyway. I'm kinda guessing that Lewis will start with Groy being the inside back up.
