I'm still surprised we didn't draft an SS in the Ryan model if Rex was thinking to be here a long time, and coax Jim Leonhard back for depth and to teach. I don't really have an opinion on Ed Reed, but besides his presence, I'm not sure he's able to add much to people who aren't Ed Reed types and naturally get it.

Always thought Leonhard was plug and play, always over his head, and always held up while having some leadership qualities, while Ed Reed was more about naturally being Ed Reed. I always lean toward guys that play over their head instead of guys who play at their talent level. I still think Ryan Fitzpatrick is going to make a great coach if he wants to coach anything.
