The Lightning announced Wednesday evening that captain Steven Stamkos is out indefinitely with a lateral meniscus tear in his right knee

Already without Jonathan Drouin and Anton Stralman, the Lightning are now without their captain, who is tied for second in the league in scoring, behind Mark Scheifele and Nikita Kucherov.

Paquette, Boyle, Kucherov, Filpulla, Killorn, Hedman, Palat, Brown, Namestinikov, Johnson, Drouin, Callahan... they're going to be fine.

In the first game without injured superstar Steven Stamkos (where have we heard that before?), the Tampa Bay Lightning came away with a dominant win. Plus, the St. Louis Blues are bouncing back.

Blues bouncing back with win over hapless Sabres.

Want to throw in the Devils as well?
