MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) -- Kansas State wide receiver Derrick Evans has been arrested on drug charges and released after posting bond.
Evans, 23, was arrested by Riley County police Friday for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Evans was released after posting $1,000 bond.
Kansas State spokesman Garry Bowman said the coaching staff will look into the incident, but the matter will be handled internally.
