IMO that's more of an indictment against TT not being willing to throw the ball, not the offensive line. All of those scramble around, run out of bounds for a one yard loss count as sacks.

You can throw the height excuse away when a 5'9" qb can see the middle of the field and actually throw to the middle of the field. He actually saw Reimersma quite a lot.

I don't have time to look it up, but I know I read somewhere last week that Tyrod has had the most time to throw of any QB in the league.

Combine that with the most sacks, and that's pretty damning.

Tyrod not being able to throw to the middle has less to do with his height than it does with his read/assessment abilities. The height doesn't help, but he makes it worse than it needs to be, and his predilection to run acts as a multiplier for those problems.
