View Full Version : Penn St. Supporter Pegulal Is Watching The Rose Bowl..

49-35 Penn St. beating USC in a no D Rose Bowl in the 4th quarter. Quite exciting. Pretty shocking. Wouldn't be surprised if USC comes back.

I picture Pegula buzzed on red wine after today and currently mumbling James Franklin is our next coach. Since Whaley said he knows nothing, what is stopping Pegula from calling Doug in about an hour and belching Franklins name into the phone ?

After each score, he punches out his asst. coaches. That should be fun. A Russ Brandon dream for tickets !

I would LOL, but the possibility of that actually happening might not be that far-fetched.

Has nothing to do with the point, but I love the fierce enthusiasm of college games. They never run for the bus.

Terry's watching Darnold and hopefully thinking about a tank job.

Indeed. Darnold was pretty impressive. Good to see PSU go down.

I'm assuming Pegula made an "executive decision" to effectively kill Penn State's offense in the 4th quarter.

Helluva game.

Even though I was rooting for Penn State (great fans, suffered the downfall of an icon even worse than we did with OJ) this game was a reminder of how much more fun college football is than pro football. The crowd was bat**** crazy, the action was fast and electrifying.

Great game indeed. Darnold was incredible.

Sorry, don't see Franklin leaving Penn State at this point. Guy took a pay cut to go to his dream job (he's from PA). Expect to see him get an extension soon.

My wife attended PSU for a grad degree in Chemistry. Happy Valley is beautiful. It's a very nice place to live, especially so if you have a reasonable amount of cha-ching.

I can't see him leaving, too.
