I don't blame the guy one bit for bailing on this train wreck organization. He saw what was coming, and got the eff out.

**** that quitter !!

And this isn't me defending this 3rd class team. But that ****er quit on us thinking he was above the team and would land elsewhere double dipping in the salary pool. He overplayed his cards and ended up the OL coach of an equally bush league team. **** Doug Marrone.

He did the right thing by taking a free 4 Mil parting gift. ******ed option to begin with.

That being said, he's a glorified positional coach now who never gets mentioned again for a HC opening. Speaks volumes.

Is he? He's an OL coach. He would have made more money if he stayed.

...however his bank account has....at the end of the day, football is just a game, and he's still cashing a hefty pay day

Except he got 4 million to walk while being paid as a Jags coach.

If he stayed and performed like he thought he could have, he would've been on his 1st year of a contract extension with a pay raise. Instead he's in Jacksonville interviewing for a job.

Instead he's in Jacksonville interviewing for a job.He was trying to get double head coach salary. It didn't work, but he got coach/assistant head coach double salary. He obviously didn't think he could make the playoffs with the bills, which is a pretty safe bet with our history. Making the playoffs and getting an extension was extremely doubtful.

Anything would have been possible if our defense continued to improve with Gym Shorts.

He's still a total douche. It's just that now i realize he's a smart douche. In retrospect, I wouldn't have stood around and worked for this clown show either.

I don't blame him for leaving with his golden parachute, however, he's still a quitter in my book.
