If you have a couple hrs, it's worth a listen as background if you have good sound. Unless you want a sense of the guys no point watching it, but it was a good listen.

It was Tim Graham, Jerry Sullivan (for a while), Tyler Dunne (great writer now at bleacher report), Mike Rodak from ESPN, Matthew Fairburn from Syracuse, Darin Gant from PFT (who was a Panthers beat writer).

In general :

-The thoughts were that Bills leaks are from Whaley level, and if Anthony Lynn wasn't really a lock as said, you can't really figure Taylor is booted as leaked
-McDermott really did want more control and gained it, so will get Taylor input via his chosen OC
-McDermott is driven, a football guy to the core, flexible, detail oriented and no nonsense if young
-expect 6-10/4-12 land if Taylor is booted, but you can't hold it against McDermott or the QB (presumed to be Cardale)
-the Bills linebackers are indeed slow and deficient for scheme, speculation Ragland might be traded ala Alonso, but also points that McDermott is adaptable, and has maintained through personnel issues, varying his defenses due to personnel changes. Zach Brown was said to be best fit and presumed to not be coming back
-fresh face from winning organizations shakes up the stale status quo, even if no one has any idea how far it shakes things up
-coaching search with limited candidates was a crapshoot, we have to hope we got lucky
-thoughts that the Bills moved toward solid, and this offseason will be unspectacular, which might be good (no knee jerk moments) down the road
-watch and wait for more detail, there's not enough for conclusions
