Of course, anyone that knows me at all knows this would be where my mind automatically goes.

Sometimes you have a bad name only because you have a bad name...Losman was behind the 8-ball from the get-go regardless of anything else probably, just for an example to illustrate my point.

I've noticed this. "feldspar" for example is a colorless abundant rock forming material.

They sell wauffles at McDermott's now? They didn't replace egg-a-muffins, did they?

Um-hum.

That's one way to look at it.

The other way is that feldspar can very well crack your skull open when used properly...that's why we all must watch our step around feldspar, Mace.

Granted, we must all watch our step around mace, too.

We can all crush yard rats under our boots, but I figure that fella may have rabies, which can spell the death of me...

You're going to come out looking really feeble when they go Tampa-2, but I'm fine with looking feeble if they don't.

Bills Add Another Coach: Sean McDermott added another coach to his defensive staff today. He has hired former Rams defensive line coach Mike Waufle as their new defensive line coach. He was the foul mouthed discplinary that became quasi-famous on Hard Knocks for his no nonsense attitude. He was credited with getting Aaron Donald in line and the hope is he can do the same for Marcell Dareus. He was with the Rams the last five seasons. He also spent six years each with the Raiders and the Giants. The team has officially let Dennis Thurman and Aaron Kromer out of their contracts as their positions have been filled.

Sorry - Bills hire Mike Wauffle as their DL coach. He will not tolerate a lot of BS there. Will be a culture change coming for Dareus et al

Well, technically it wasn't rabies and the penicillin worked just fine.

The way I see it Mace won the bet between he and I, and I won the bet between me and you, so it's only logical to complete the circle you and Mace need to come up with something for this season.

The think to like about Waufle is that he's huge on technique and utilizing it to win battles as opposed to just utilize brute strength or athleticism. He should be able to help Shaq Lawson refine his game and I hope he can work some similar skills in with Washington.

I read somewhere he didn't want to be a coordinator because it would be like playstation with everything involved, he preferred to just work with linemen because he liked the specifics and the teaching aspects.

Edit :

It’s unlikely Waufle’s concerns about his role with the Giants included his being overlooked as a candidate for the defensive coordinator role the past three times Tom Coughlin has needed to fill the job (in 2007, last season and this offseason). Waufle told the media in the past he feels being a coordinator is akin to “playing PlayStation.” By that, Waufle means he prefers to work with the players on technique and preparation for a specific player or group of players instead of being a supervisor of the entire defense who is more concerned with dialing up blitzes, calling coverages and game planning for the whole.

Sure, coaches and players often make such remarks to the media to mask their true feelings. But Waufle has made similar remarks in private – all the way down to the “PlayStation” comment.

I think we're going to find that the previous Ryan staff spent most of their time on system, and not technique and fundamentals, evidence by their tackling prowess and football smarts.

I think we already know the previous Wryan staff spent most of their time ****ing off, going to hockey games, and stealing Pegula's money.
