Colts fire GM Ryan Grigson (http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/18525693/indianapolis-colts-fire-general-manager-ryan-grigson)

None of the players Grigson selected in the 2013 draft are on the roster.

Grigson didn't make a full commitment to improve the offensive line until the 2016 draft, when the Colts used half of their eight picks on linemen. That commitment came only after Luck missed nine games due to injury in 2015.

Even an alcoholic could figure out when to do it.

How many Pro Bowlers did the Colts have? And Whaley doesn't coach the defense, which is supposedly the former coach's forte.

ROFL. We think the Bills are dysfunctional? Irsay brought in psychologists to try to get Grigson & Pagano to get along better.

He did what the Bills needed to do when he got Luck too, except it didn't really work out that way.

Irsay is looking ragged and in over his head at just about anything these days.

It will be interesting to see who he replaces him with.

Whaley would be an awesome pro personnel choice for a few picks.
