There shouldn't even be a pro bowl game. It's a joke, played at half speed. No one wants to get injured and the best players don't play.

Simply name a pro bowl list, and put those best players on it and reward them accordingly. It will accomplish the same thing and in fact be more credible.

Gilmore was as good as any CB in the Afc in the last 6-7 games.

He had a bad stretch of 2-3 games where he was beat and not all was his fault.

Oh no, it will happen in the summer. Not you. But someone will react to some bad development with "we had all those guys in the pro bowl", you can make book on it. Handful of people who didn't pay attention will go along with it, then immediately go quiet when someone points out the obvious. Then it will pop up again and repeat in the fall, "well we had all those pro bowlers last year...." rinse and repeat..
