I'd give him the door instead, and hope it doesn't hurt him banging his butt on the way out, though if it does, a chronic sore buttocks will define him just fine down the trail in the training room or getting torched in a division with more than one good QB.

I honestly liked Gilmore early in his career, but CB's who have faced pass happy offenses are coming out of college in bunches, yearly. I'm not a huge fan of Gilmore but I'd take him back for the right price. Unfortunately, it's the 21st century NFL and CB's routinely get overpaid in FA. He can use those cleats to walk right out the ****ing door.Comment

He never struck me as particularly bright either, for that matter. Such a DUMB stunt is not exactly conducive to Bills fans wishing him the best either.

That says volumes about him. Personally I think he's not going to be happy without some Josh Norman type of contract and hasn't earned it, especially THIS season. Someone else can overpay.Comment
