I'd give him the door instead, and hope it doesn't hurt him banging his butt on the way out, though if it does, a chronic sore buttocks will define him just fine down the trail in the training room or getting torched in a division with more than one good QB.

Re: Gilmore's new custom cleats....
I'm not a huge fan of Gilmore but I'd take him back for the right price. Unfortunately, it's the 21st century NFL and CB's routinely get overpaid in FA. He can use those cleats to walk right out the ****ing door.

Just wait...
By pulling this ridiculous stunt, Gilmore is just providing ammunition to be mocked if he doesn't live up to the salary somebody is going to give him...again, just dumb.
No reason to do this, apart from a lapse in judgement. Not like these cleats will see him any more money that he would have without the cleats. Did it add to his popularity? An idiot might think so...
Dumb...dumb...dumb...
He never struck me as particularly bright either, for that matter. Such a DUMB stunt is not exactly conducive to Bills fans wishing him the best either.
Pretty clear that he won't be here next season, even having made the sham that the Pro Bowl has become...I'll be the first to bring this stunt up again...Last edited by feldspar; 01-31-2017, 04:37 PM.
