So sorry to go find the Fool's Gold thread to post this, but it has been closed.

coastal must be feeling pretty good about himself today.

Williams 32, clears $8.5 million in cap space, and they might not miss him. He only had 1.5 sacks last year, and was ridden by the coaching staff for what appeared to be a lack of effort.

Brauns and talent mean nothing when you have a pea sized heart.

Makes me think that had Schwartz stayed in Buffalo that he, too, would have the same exact problem with the guy.

This was expected.

Mario mailed it in a couple of years back. He's got his money...ridiculous amounts of it.

As far as coastal goes, he doesn't even watch the games and therefore has no frame of reference. He just wants to rub **** in people's faces for some reason...

This is pretty much it. Guys been playing for over 10 years, racked up some big numbers, racked up some big paychecks...probably looking to check out at this point. He had some good seasons as a Bill; I don't have any hate for him. I was pissed when he took a dump that last year and complained about Ryan playing everyone out of position, but history shows he was right in the end.

I'm going to start doing this, strikes me as a great way to gain supporting opinions to enhance my self esteem.

Huh?

Lazy comes to Buffalo, does OK but still gets criticized for being lazy. Gym Shorts comes to town and Lazy works harder than he ever has and has a career year. Gym shorts leaves and Lazy sucks more than ever.

I guess I look at that situation differently. I see a coach that managed to get his team motivated.

It could be a fluke. But the same thing happened with Dareus. And Hughes and Spikes had similar corrections (to different problems).

Yeah. We disagree. That year with Schwartz was William's magnum opus. Would Dareus do better under a disciplinarian? We'll see. But Williams checked out after that year with Schwartz. He would have even been a problem for Schwartz had Schwartz stayed. Bills did well cutting bait when they did. And I was in the school that said they never should have signed him in the first place (he never helped them get to the play-offs). The money they spent was just a stupid waste. 13 sacks was kind of nice, but doesn't rise to the salary they paid that guy.

I used to thank and groan myself all the time at the Range. I have no shame.

I think they 'postponed' waiving Albert because apparently there are a couple of teams that might be willing to trade for him.
