Cap space (25th) draft value (Jimmy Johnson chart, 10th), ranked at 17.

Probably the significant paragraph imho :

Of course, the big issue for the Bills this offseason is the sheer number of players who need to be replaced; despite having less cap space than all but seven teams, the Bills rank dead last (45) when it comes to players currently under contract for 2017, and the lack of picks will be a problem when it comes to filling those roster spots with low-cost rookies.

Would be good if they traded down with those top 3 picks for more picks (to me anyway).

It's kinda funny that after years of 4-12, 5-11, 6-10, etc., they're at exactly .500 over the last three seasons, and all it took to get there was pushing the salary cap to the absolute max and mortgaging a ton of draft picks. It's kind of like driving a rusted-out, broken-down Datsun for a long time, then finally plunking down $25K for a reliable '98 Corolla to get yourself back to respectability.

Yes ! But the first time you drive it more than a few miles, you're noticing this odd sound and funny smell, like burning wiring, and why won't the oil light go off ?
