As bad as the Bills might be...

be thankful you don't back the Washington football team.

They just turfed their GM Scot McCloughan. Nothing new, you say? Well, as the Washington Post reports, an unnamed team official attributed the decision to McCloughan's ongoing problems with alcohol.

This may very well open the team up to a lawsuit-similar to the one Steve Sarkisian filed against USC when the same thing happened to him.

Couldn't happen to a more deserving bastard. IF it happens.
John Hemingway(facing certain death): I want to see Buffalo win the Super Bowl.
David Coltrane(threatening John): Nobody's going to live that long, pal.

I thought he had turned a corner, I hope for his and his family's sake he hasn't regressed.

Some would say that Doug Whaley has been drunk with power in the past. After his season ending press conference, they no longer let him speak. Notice how the media events about Tyrod Taylor this week have been all McDermott?

Scot McCloughan fired as Redskins' general manager after two years

Are The Washington Redskins A Five Alarm Dumpster Fire? Yes.

Kind of seems like he regressed. Shame, the guy is good at the work...

And it presents a narrative in which the Redskins extended McCloughan multiple opportunities at rehabilitation, without result, before giving up on the relationship.
The Redskins permanently relieved McCloughan of his duties Thursday evening, ending a relationship one team source termed “a disaster” for the past 18 months.

Also today, the Redskins lost both starting wideouts (Garcon and DeSean Jackson) and their all-pro QB is demanding a trade. Yikes.

We would NEVER do that in Buffalo i.e., get rid of someone because he is an alcoholic.

                No.

What we do is make him our starting QB so he can un-lead his team to 4 straight Super Bowl losses.
