Percy Harvin is calling it quits, and this time he means it.

Harvin, the runner/receiver/returner who came out of retirement to play for the Bills last season, is putting out word that he really is done playing.

One of Harvin’s representatives told Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, “He’s done.”

Harvin said in November that he felt he had a lot left in the tank, but a couple weeks later the migraines that have plagued him for years came back, and he ended the season on the non-football illness list.

When healthy and motivated, Harvin was one of the best playmakers in the NFL, and he’s only 28 years old, which means that if he got healthy and motivated again, some team would probably give him a shot. But Harvin played in a total of just 30 games over the last five seasons, and from all indications he really is done.

Hey Percy. Don't let the door hit you in the @ss on the way out. Most of us at age 28 would be dying to play in the NFL any way we could.

Any bets on Whaley bringing him back yet again mid-season?

I'd call it quits too. I wouldn't want a lifetime of brain damage and migraines. The guys who get out early are the smart ones.

This guy mastered the idea of stealing from the NFL. It's no coincidence that he always has a undisclosed injury after 4 games. If you notice I don't think he ever had an injury on the field. He's a master manipulator who found a loophole in the system to get money without ever risking a reap injury. I don't think he's even injury prone. He always has injury after injury during the off season, then magically gets better for week one. Plays his 4 games for his incentives to kick in then he has an injury during the week.

That makes him cool.

Every NFL player should cheat the NFL.

They're the ones putting butts in the seats. Not the greedy, stupid owners.

I guess Whaley's house lost power and his cell phone battery is dead so Harvin figures he needs to retire because even Dougie isn't returning his calls.

Anyone that's ever had a migraine headache would not criticize.

If you have a migraine, you cannot watch cartoons, let alone play football in front of legions of people.

If he really has migraines, then I hope that stops somehow for him.

I said it the last time he retired, if September was the only month of the NFL season Harvin would be the greatest wr of all time. My God could you imagine him and Mr. September himself, Ryan Fitzpatrick, on the same team. Sure you would need different qbs and receivers in October but that first month damn.

Meh. I can't blame the guy.

I can blame the idiot circus front office this team has for re-signing him and then basically paying him to go back on IR. I sometimes wonder if The Bills team Doctors look like this
