    Justin Hunter

    Just signed with the Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers added depth at wideout on Wednesday.
Former second-round pick Justin Hunter will join Antonio Brown and Co. in the Steelers receivers room, per multiple reports. Hunter has never totaled more than 498 yards receiving since entering the league in 2013, but is still a downfield threat thanks to his speed.
Hunter bolsters the Steelers' receiving depth after they lost Markus Wheaton to the Bears in free agency and still await news on Martavis Bryant's suspension that kept him out all of 2016.

Speedy wideout Justin Hunter will join the Pittsburgh Steelers on a one-year deal, the team announced. Pittsburgh lost Markus Wheaton to the Bears earlier during the free agency period.
    2018 Mock:
    1a Mason Rudolph QB
    1b Vander Esch LB
    2a James Washington WR
    2b James Daniels C
    3a Harrison Phillips DT
    3b Geron Christian OT

    1. I forgot we had him, so I guess that speaks to his value.
    2. This creates an even bigger hole at WR where the other three guys are Moe Larry and Curly.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
"Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.
You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
    It was all
true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can
mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

Wow I find this stupid. He was our second WR on our depth chart sadly enough, but I guess this means we definitely are getting a WR in the draft

I wouldn't mind this now. His biggest issue when here was his ego seemed to make him lose focus all of the time. After years of being average, he has to of had a serious reality check. Which is going to be good for him

All this guy did was score TDs and pull down tough catches in traffic. So, of course, the Bills only used him 5 plays a game.

Guess McDermott wasn't impressed with what he saw on film.

I'm sure Big Ben will appreciate the red zone threat.

The Bills FO is like, 'A tall lanky red zone target? No way. Touchdowns are lame. Let him walk!'

Not a bad idea if we aren't tanking. Right now we have nobody for the slot or at #2.... he's versatile enough to play outside then kick inside in 3/4 WR sets

The more time goes on, the more I can see WRs Davis, Williams, or Ross at #10 becoming a reality.

To be honest I would be upset with either of them.

                            1. Strange how teams with good front offices (Pittsburgh and New England) pick up our trash and then we find that well **** these guys are actually pretty decent. Speaks volumes about the joke our front office is

                            2. WR/TE is a glarring hole. Oh well, the good news is that we don't have a qb that can get the ball to his receivers so it all works out in the end

Corrected. Great QBs can make even mediocre WRs look good. But mediocre WRs cant make mediocre QBs much better.
