Which one would you trade for?

Gronk makes too much and cant finish a season. If forced I'd say Watt but I am not lining up to make this trade either way.

W-O-W!!!

The quality of starting threads has really gone down recently.

No to either... Mainly based on current and recurring health issues. They're both breaking down.

If this is a hypothetical pick that Doug Whaley would be making, then hell yes. I'd take either of them. Watt first.

I resent that.....

This thread is almost as bad as that one that asked if anyone would be willing to trade Tyrod Taylor for the 12th overall pick. Almost.

I'd start a thread if I had anything important to say.

I would definitely trade the Bills first round pick for J.J. Watt.

We don't have a QB that throws over the middle so no to Gronk. Hell yes to Watt. People overvalue draft picks. If we got 2 great years out of him that's a lot more than we've gotten out of any of Whaleys other 1rst round picks.

I think they should make babies together.

Just as likely as the premise of this thread.

Why trade a first rounder for Gronk, when you can have Torell Troup?

I would never trade NE a first.

Trades within the division are a really bad idea.

I know, its incredibly stupid to ask a hypothetical question to our fan base. How idiotic of me to want to have a discussion with geniuses such as yourself. Do you forgive me?

I find it hard to believe you ever learned to control your aggation, you pretty much define aggation.

^ I never even paid attention to spikey until I found him on nearly every thread of mine insulting me, then noticed everytime he talks about Whaley, he brings up him ****ing Kim which is extremely inappropriate.

He's got a major issue with aggation.

You have part of this post above correct.

Ask any question you desire but at least ground it in reality and logic.

Gronk or any other TE is just going to end up blocking here as long as we don't have a qb.
Even Robert Woods ended up blocking more and running routes more than receiving passes.

We're already wasting money with Clay .

Same logic applies for Watt. We're not going anywhere until we have a qb. The Pats won a sb without at Watt on their roster.

It's amazing after all of that we decided to keep the same coaching staff.

Neither can play QB at a high level.

So... NO !

I guess yes, and I'd take Watt in this hypothetical.

It looks like we are NOT tanking so get some pass rush and create a Denver D

Just FYI, last season was the first time ever Houston finished with the first overall defensive ranking in the league, and they did it with Watt on the sideline for most of the season. Also (and I can't remember and am not looking it up atm) has Gronk ever actually played in a Super Bowl the Patriots have won?

2015, he scored a TD
