It's about time they got rid of the team chaplain. He really needed to go.

Per Mike Rodak:

The Bills have dismissed four members of their football support staff, the team confirmed: player director of player engagement Paul Lancaster, team chaplain James Trapp, assistant trainer Greg McMillen and strength and conditioning assistant Dan Liburd. The moves, first reported by the Buffalo News, are another sign that coach Sean McDermott is putting his stamp on the team since being hired in January.

Don't know about the Chaplain, but considering how this team cannot stay healthy I fully support the change up with strength and conditioning and training. Still we need to can Brandon and Overdorf

I heard the Chaplain was deemed redundant since he is being replaced by Kim who was overhead saying "Oh GOD...Oh GOD...Jesus Christ!!!! Yes...Yes...Yes" during her 3 hour private meetings in the Pegula master bedroom with Doug.
