What a total bust. The fins traded up to the #3 overall pick to take this guy and he hasn't even played in a game since 2014. With that being said, should the Bills give him a chance?

Maybe not 18 times and I don't think it was released if it was drugs or other banned substances... If drugs... A little harder to score around Orchard Park than Miami.
